Been a while --

Haven't really felt like blogging because of the bleh internet connection. Been spending my time watching a lot of Grey's Anatomy and Supernatural and "chasing" after Seth who is now more often awake than asleep and extremely mobile.

My high school batch had a get-together last January 3 and we discussed plans for my schools 95th Foundation Day this coming February and we also started making plans for our Crystal (15) Anniversary in 2009. I'm the batch secretary so I'm busy trying to update and compile everyone's contact information.

There's also a lot of events that's been keeping me busy --
January 5, we had a pre-birthday dinner with our Korean friends. We treated them to our favorite Japanese buffet at Grand Dame Hotel.

January 6, we had our birthday dinner with my sister and my parents. We were a merry party of five enjoying the yummy Chinese food at David's Tea House.

Last Tuesday, Janaury 9, we watched the advance screening of An Inconvenient Truth at SM. It was hosted by the environmental group RISE of CPU. They also showed a slideshow of the Guimaras oil spill and that was frightening to watch. The ground was black and, at first, I thought the photos were shot in black and white --

This Saturday, we are attending my friend's wedding reception at Summer House (yummy Chinese food) and on Sunday, another friend's daughter is going to be baptized.

Seth also got invited to his first birthday party on Sunday and he'll be attending that with his Gwa-kong and Gwa-ma.

Yes, another quick trip -- am attending a friend's wedding and Johann's Gwa-kong (Seth's great grandfather) is arriving from Canada.
