A welcome break --

The English school for Koreans where I work part-time announced a holiday for tomorrow -- they have this one rule about having only 20 days of school each month. Since we had 2 extra days this May, (May 1 was a national holiday) we had last Friday off and this Wednesday off.

I enjoy teaching English part-time -- I go in at 8 and come home at noon. The pay isn't bad and the students are wonderful. I started working there last January when Seth turned 6 months and we decided that it was time for me to get a bit of a life.

Tomorrow is my chance to sort through my plans for Seth's birthday and to work on some stuff for the Alumni Association.

I'm also looking forward to some "me" time so I can watch more episodes of Peacemaker Kurogane which I saw half of 3 years ago. I found a copy of all the episodes in our local DVD place when Johann and I went on a "supplies" buying trip last Sunday.

Which brings me to my next point --

A Tin in search of quality DVDs --

While we have stores here that supply us with our TV series fix, we are woefully short of good Anime.

Johann has been wanting to watch Bleach but we can only find a disc of episodes 90+ onwards.

There's a growing list of Anime series and movies that I want to watch and I can't find the DVDs here. >_<

... Yes, I know I can download these and we have the space in our harddrive for all of these but I'm not a big fan of watching things from a computer screen.

Hi, Tarie!

I am so curious about the anime that you watch. ^_^

Maybe when I go to Manila in August, I'll pick up some of the titles you've listed. ^_^
