Interesting ingredient --

Today I read a recipe for pancakes that used sparkling mineral water -- I'd imagine the extra fizz will make for lighter pancakes.  Will try it next time.

Also, I want to make this:
Hot Chocolate on a Stick

(Recently, I scandalized my husband by melting a square or two of milk chocolate into my Swiss Miss Marshmallow Lovers mix.  Trust me, the melted chocolate makes a world of difference.)
